Here it is everyone- finally the first official BGND Best of List Make-up Edition!

A few things before we get started...

- The "best of" list will be categorized as most of them are with all the basics in cosmetics covered, as well as a few reader's favorites and specialty items thrown in.

- When possible, I have listed one "bargain" cost item and one "luxury" cost item for all categories on the list.

- Everything can be found either at a department or drug store near you, Sephora or the wonderful Internet.

- No prices are listed

- Most importantly, 99% of the time these items listed as "best" in their category have found their way to this list from sheer enjoyment and satisfaction while being used by BGND herself. If not, it is because someone I know and trust (and most importantly has different skin than I do!) has used and loved the product for YEARS. No flash in the pans here!!
