Article of Attraction...

So all you BGND readers know that there are certain magazines I love...they are my lifeline at the gym!

Well one of such said publications is Marie Claire....not only is it chock full of beauty and fashion, I think the human interest articles are very well written and intelligent. I have been a fan for years. Well in the current April issue (Mandy Moore aka Mrs. Ryan Adams on the cover), they have a must-read article - Marie Claire's 25 Best Beauty Products of the Year!!

They do this list every year and there are always emerging superstars on it. (And btw, technically there are 30 products since the International Beauty Editors contributed 5 items.)
Some of the products I will be rushing out to buy this year?

St. Ives Collagen Elastin Body Polish: Renewing - $6.99 (CANNOT wait to try this- I have been on the hunt for a good body scrub for a looong time!)



Dove Heat Defense Therapy Mist - $3.96 (This sounds like it might be able to replace a current salon product I am using - and at literally a FIFTH of the cost!)



Chanel UV Essential - $48 ( A new, killer lightweight sunscreen? And one that comes with ingredients to even skin tone and give you a matte finish? Pricey but still a no-brainer - especially with the summer right around the corner.)
