No I am not talking about something that is naughty....get your minds out of the gutter!
Today I am just laughing about the newest packaging that cosmetics companies roll out in order to get us to buy something....
The latest fad in the look of a product? The twist. What am I referring to? Well - have a look below...and this is just the collection of products that I could think of...
1 - Avon Anew Clinical Derma-Full X3 Facial Filling Serum
2 - Olay Definity Eye Illuminator
3 - DDF Wrinkle Resist Plus Pore Minimizer
I am not sure what the folks over in research and development are going for here. Do they think that we will buy it because it is fancy and technical looking? I suppose. We have done that before. Or are they just running out of ideas to make us enticed to plop down $50-$100 on something that may or may not make our wrinkles slightly smaller. I'm not sure.
But I will say this. Every time I see one of these new "twisted" products, I just have to laugh. Make something that works and throw it in a brown lunch bag- we will buy it. Especially now with the economy the way it is, I am less likely to buy something that looks like this. I want simple and effective. But for now I will continue to get giggles out of all the "twisted" products on the market.
